The Following list are Major NPC and ST characters. You may see them posted from ST accounts, or they may have their own depending on importance or involvement.

Character Name: Prince Illiandra.
Player: Radiation

Clan: Daeva

Noticable traits: For a short, attractive woman Illiandra is terrifying. Her blood has such potency that most newcomers immediately feel like they are on the menu when they first meet her. She has such a presence and intense gaze she can silence even the rowdiest neonate with little more than a look.

Common Knowledge: Illiandra is the current Prince of the Necropolis. She has sired two children [Sebastion and Cassandra] over the last few decades. Its rumored that Illiandra is falling slowly into torpor and there will soon be a power vacuum in the Necropolis.

Character descrïption: Dark and intense there can be no mistake that Illiandra is so much more than human. She is barely over five feet but most people swear she towered over them when they were face to face. She is strong and beautiful and rarely lets her guard down enough for people to really figure her out. A princes place is not to be your friend.  

Character Name: Anton
Player: Radiation

Clan: Gangrel

Common knowledge: Anton is known as the Exile to any kindred who has spent more than 40 years in the Necropolis. For the crimes of devil worship and conspiracy the Invictus executed his two children and banished Anton from the Necropolis to the small plot of land where his decrepid mansion sits outside the city limits.

Anton is a known member of the Circle of the Crone and the Kindred of the Necropolis are warned not to associate with him lest they share his fate.

Character descrïption: With a sloped brow, heavy jaw and thick hair Anton comes across as bestial. He speaks slowly and is highly intelligent- if sometimes inarticulate. He has a black X burned into his forehead: The mark of banishment for his crimes decades ago.

Character Name: Cassandra  
Player: Radiation

Clan: Daeva

Common Knowledge: Cassandra is the first Childe of Prince Illiandra. She has been in the Necropolis for decades and most Kindred consider her the heir to her Sires throne. Cassandra has two Children of her own and spends her nights mostly at her ailing sires side.

Character Descrïption: Where Illiandra is small and dark, Cassandra is tall and bright. Her hair is shocked white blond, her eyes an electric blue against her pale skin. She is nearly six feet but still nowhere near as intimidating as her sire.

Character Name: Benjamin Grey
Player: Radiation

Clan: Daeva

Common Knowledge: Benjamin is the Childe of Cassandra and Grandchilde of Illiandra. He and his twin sister Madison hold influence over the Red List [See locations]. Benjamin is the strength to Madisons brains.

Character Descrïption: Benjamin is attractive and well built. He is quiet, preferring to let his sister do the talking. He dresses well, but most people figure his sister dresses him anyway.

Character Name: Madison Grey
Player: Radiation

Clan: Daeva

Common Knowledge: Madison is the brains behind the Red List [See locations]. She is the childe of Cassandra and Grandchilde to the Prince.

Character Descrïption: Madison is clearly Benjamins twin and shares his tall, athletic appearance. She is witty and attractive; and just the person to see if you need your red fix.

Character Name: Sebastion
Player: Radiation

Clan: Daeva

Common Knowledge: Sebastion is the younger Childe of the Prince, embraced decades after Cassandra. He has two Children of his own, both of whom are fiercely loyal to him as opposed to Cassandras children who have made their own requiems.

Character Descrïption: Sebastion is classically handsome with a chiseled jaw and strong arms. He dresses well and passes himself off as a socialite. He does alot of his buisness through his loyal Children.

Character Name: Ashley Vance
Player: Radiation

Clan: Daeva

Common Knowledge: Ashley was Sebastions mortal lover for years before he embraced her. Her feelings for him have been reinforced by a public blood bond. She is his, fully and truly.

Character Descrïption: Ashley is strikingly beautiful, some would say angellic. Shes one of those women who covers up in public lest she attract yet another stalker Sebastion has to deal with.

Character Name: Dart
Player: Radiation

Clan: Daeva

Common Knowledge: Dart is Ashley Vance's childe. Dart was embraced just a few years back and quickly developed a reputation as a brute. As such, he isnt well liked among the Kindred. It is rumored he was only embraced because Sebastion, his grandsire, ordered Ashley to do it for him.

Character Descrïption: The first thing anyone notices about Dart is that he is well over six feet tall and must be close to three hundred pounds. He is built like a gorilla, a naturally hugeness that lends above average strength and could be truly terrifying of trained. Dart has tattoos up and down his body to help increase his intimidating demeanor.

Character Name: Selena
Player: Radiation

Clan: Gangrel

Common Knowledge: Selena is not a recognized kindred of the Necropolis. She is largely viewed as one of Antons unfortunate toys and shares in his exile. Selena is the unsanctioned childe of Anton, the Exile.

Character Descrïption: Selena is a gorgous if rather stereotypical femme fatale. She has dark hair, violent eyes and a temperment to match. Exile has its own rules and Selena is as unpredictable as her sister and sire.

Player: Radiation

Clan: Gangrel

Common Knowledge: Lydia is not a recognized kindred of the Necropolis. She is viewed as one of Antons unfortunate toys and shares in his exile. Lydia is the other unsanctioned child known to have been created by Anton, the Exile.

Character Descrïption: Lydia is a curvy blond. Quick on the draw and dangerous she and Selena are an unpredictable and deadly pair, even without the watchful eyes of the sire to back them up.

Character Name: Worm
Player: Radiation

Clan: Nosferatu

Common Knowledge: Worm is the lord of the underground. He is considered the eldest of his kind and is their informal leader. He has one childe, Pig and is a known ally of the Prince.

Character Descrïption: Worm is about as normal a Nosferatu as youd expect. He is tall and his skin is a pale green, he has batlike ears and a small mouth. He in no way resembles a worm.

Character Name: Pig
Player: Radiation

Clan: Nosferatu

Common Knowledge: Pig is the child of Worm, noones sure exactly how old he is, but noone saw him before about ten years ago.

Character Descrïption: Pig is Massive. A hunched seven foot monstrosity with hanging pink flesh and a bulbous, pig-like nose. Pig doesnt appear able to blink his eyes and its rumored that most of the mangled, barely recognizable bodies that wash out of the sewers are his work.

Character Name: Leech
Player: Radiation

Clan: Nosferatu

Common Knowledge: Leech is a guy who knows things. If you can stand to look at him he will sell you information. He has tidbits about just about anyone you can name.

Character Descrïption: Leech has a floppy and distended jaw, his eye sockets are sunken and his eyes are whited out- as if hes blind. He is short, at barely five feet with a compact body and a rasping, phlemgy voice.

Character Name: Julianna Moreau
Player: Radiation

Clan: Daeva

Common Knowledge: Julianna is a young Daeva from a neighboring domain. She is an artist and quite good at what she does. She has an odd habit of leaving town for weeks at a time, but she always turns back up with new work to show off...

Character Descrïption: Julianna is petit and cute in a kind of bookworm way. She has brown hair and glasses, but with her full lips and ample figure theres no mistgaking her girl next door charm.

Character Name: Dregg
Player: Radiation

Clan: Gangrel

Common Knowledge: Dregg is one of hte unaligned kindred of the Necropolis. He presents himself as the go-to guy for all things black market. He is a fence and a dealer specializing in illegal weaponry. He hides himself behind two allied mortal gangs that are becoming the dominant street power in the Necropolis.

Character Descrïption: Dregg is tall and imposing with a wild beard and long hair. His clothing is something out of a day-glo nightmare. Lots of black with bright, often neon or glow in the dark accents in the shape of bones, skulls or graffiti.

Character Name: Cleaver
Player: Radiation

Clan: Nosferatu

Common Knowledge: Cleaver is an odd duck, even for a nosferatu. He lives exclusively above ground and rarely associates with his own kind. He is one of the sole promoters of the Baths, a seriese of tunnels and underground pools that host all night raves.

Character Descrïption: Cleaver is about as pretty as a Nosferatu can get. His skin is noticeably jaundice and his ears are too large. Alot of his facial piercings look infected and theres just something wrong if you look into his eyes. Cleaver dresses as a typical raver and is never seen without his Sidekick phone that seems to beep and vibrate constantly.

Character Name: James McCarthy
Player: Radiation

Clan: Ventrue

Common Knowledge: James is commonly referred to as the Sheriff of the Necropolis. What this really means is that he is Prince Illiandras enforcer. Of course, given the lax of tradition in most of the Necropolis, earning the ire of the Sheriff usually means you have personally violated someone with alot of pull and they cant be bothered to remove your spine on their own.

Character Descrïption: James is tall dark and handsome, a very sophisticated looking gentleman who is known for his unpredictable loss of control. One minute he will be cool and calm then a very small thing can have him pulling weapons and barking in someones face. James dresses buisnesslike no matter the occassion. Its a common joke that he owns an entire closet of the same damn suit.
