Its a line sales agents will use when you ask about Penthouse apartments. The Necropolis has a notorious pollutant problem and some of the tallest buildings. If you dont want to see the desperate souls on the streets you can live up here, above the crowds, in the safe land of ceo's, millionaire playboys and starlet heiresses.

The tops of these buildings are like windswept islands. The roofs marbled from acid rain, the Gargoyles smoothing or cracking. Vast murders of crows make short work of any hopefull pidgeons. Some people say the Necropolis has the most violent, largest crows in the world.

'Well, look at where they live.'

Most non-Necropoleans would respond. Looking down from the rooftops or penthouses you would see the city as a masked bank of fog hiding a river of neon and headlights. If it werent for the lights you really could imagine that the rest of the city didnt exist down there.
