The Red List.

Physically, its just a piece of dark red paper [to prevent photocopying] kept on the back of a clipboard with names on it. These names gain unfettered access to whichever club happens to be hosting it that night.

To Mortals, the list could be anything from movie stars to mobsters. They just know that if it shows up at their club, they treat anyone on it like god. The list rotates through about a half dozen clubs in the Necropolis.

To Kindred, being on the list is like being invited to a buffet. The red list is a posh hunting ground. All you have to do is choose your vassal and they will be delivered one way or another. Getting on the list, well, may cost you a favor or two.
